After opening their first location inside the Diamond Jamboree plaza, the founders of the original Pho Saigon Pearl's philosophy was to not only have a great food selection, but also efficient and superior service.  We aim to be an upper scale quick-service restaurant that offers affordable and high quality dishes inspired by authentic family recipes, served in an eclectic ambiance, along with superior service. Our restaurants will always be clean and the quality is always set at a high standard. By implementing a delicious recipe in the kitchen, but also integrating great, efficient and professional service.
